Team Global Express (formerly Toll) underwent a $60 million rebrand under Allegro Funds' ownership (Private Equity). This extensive rebrand covered 8,000 fleet, 150 properties, 300 partner agents, 15,000 uniforms, and 100 digital applications in Australia and New Zealand. The goal was to unify five separate business units (courier, express parcels, palletised express, intermodal, and specialised shipping) into a cohesive, sustainable logistics partner. The rebrand's core message is captured in the compelling brand narrative, "You can’t stop progress," reflecting Team Global Express's mission to drive meaningful change and growth.

Within 6 months, brand awareness had increased 8%, the sales pipeline had grown by $78M and employee engagement was 17% higher.
