eftpos brand identity refresh - Gold Winner
The brand needed to transform from being seen as a simple in-store POS box to a modern digital payments brand. This transformation required a new brand identity. The relaunch campaign highlighted how using eftpos in your mobile wallet helps manage daily finances, showcasing the joy of a simple tap. The new creative platform, "Your money, well spent," encourages mindful spending and living within your means. The phrase connects the tangible purchase "Your money" with the emotional reward "well spent", with the eftpos mobile wallet central to every message.
Within the first year transactions increased 6%, card spend grew to over AUD$2.5bn, brand awareness grew 15% and consideration to choose eftpos as a payment brand of choice increased 5%.
